Küzdelem a munkavízumért / Struggle for the work viza

Erős szélben, de szerencsére már esőmentes időben írom ezt a bejegyzést. A mai napom elég kemény volt, átadás-átvétel alatt van az ügyfelem, hirtelen rengeteg információt kellett befogadnom és megjegyeznem.

De visszatérek a történetem ígért folytatásához. Ott hagytam abba, hogy volt egy elfogadott munkaszerződésem. (Egy dolog kimaradt a korábbi részből, a kinti munkaadó referencia embereket kért az otthoni cégnél, szerencsére volt olyan, akit ajánlhattam.) 2013. január 04-én lett volna az első munkanapom a szerződés alapján, 2013. január 01-én repültem volna. Csak volna, de erről később.

Bő egy hónapom volt az összes otthoni dolgom elintézésére és a vízum megszerzésére.

A magyarországi cégemnél azonnal szóltam a főnöknek, hogy fel fogok mondani, találjunk olyan megoldást, ami mindkettőnknek jó. Találtunk ilyet. Butaság lett volna felégetni a hidakat magam mögött, továbbá a harminc nap felmondási idő kötelező volt.

Ezzel párhuzamosan postán igényeltem új, ropogós erkölcsi bizonyítványt (3300Ft) (angolul „Police certificate”), mert annak átfutási ideje két hét.

A munkavízum (mert rengeteg fajta vízum van, erről később még írok) komplett orvosi vizsgálatot ír elő, amit Magyarországon három, úgynevezett paneldoktor, végezhet el, kettő budapesti, egy szegedi. Az egyik orvossal (Dr. Böröcz Zoltán) http://www.immigration.govt.nz/paneldoctors/ időpontot egyeztettem, mert eléggé elfoglalt.

2012. november 28-án reggel 08:20-kor Budapesten a SOTE STD Centrumban (1085 Budapest, Mária u. 41.) egy nagyon aranyos, neccharisnyás néni pillanatok alatt levette a vért az AIDS, hepatitis változatainak szűréséhez. A vizsgálat 13.500Ft volt. Ezután 11:00-re időpontom volt a lakhelyem szerinti okmányirodába, ahol nemzetközi jogosítványt (3400Ft), lakcím kijelentkezést intéztem, de közben elmentem fotózkodni (2000Ft) is. A délutáni 14:00 óra már a veszprémi okmányirodában talált, a háromnyelvű anyakönyvi kivonatomért jártam ott. Ezért 2000Ft-os okmánybélyeget kértek.

2012. december 01-én fogadott dr. Böröcz Budapesten, a Kútvölgyi Kórházban, ahol vizelet, a STD centrum negatív(!) leletének leadása, vérvétel, általános vizsgálat, tüdőröntgen történt. Mindez 25.000Ft-ba került. Az orvosi rész ezzel lezárult, a minták elemzése után egy lepecsételt borítékot kaptam. A személyes orvosi találkozóra vinni kell két darab fényképet, a fentebb írt weboldalról letöltendő formokat (Medical „INZ1007” and chest X-ray certificate „INZ1096”). Figyelem! A formok folyamatosan változnak, csak az elfogadott változat használható!

Apukámnak nagy köszönet a pesti utakért és a leletek elhozataláért, ugyanis az STD centrum csak H-Cs 14:00-14:30 között adta ki a leleteket (első potya út), illetve a Kútvölgyiben bedöglött a röntgen előhívó készülék közvetlenül utánam (második potya út)!

Ahogy írtam rengeteg féle vízum van, ha a munkáltató, aki a munkaszerződést adta, „accredited employer” (vagyis hivatalosan alkalmazhat külföldi munkavállalót), akkor kérni kell kintről a státuszt bizonyító certifikátot. Az én cégem ilyen, ezért „Work Visa Talent” (Accredited Employer) típusú vízumot választottam. Ehhez passzol a “Work Visa Application form” (INZ1015).

Időközben megérkezett az erkölcsi, amit hitelesen angolra fordíttattam, a végzettségeimet bizonyító egyetemi diplomát nekem nem kellett, mert angolul (is) volt.

A “work viza” kérelmem az alábbi dokumentumokat tartalmazta:

- Work Visa Application form (INZ1015) „Work to Residence: Accredited Employer” visa type

- Két fénykép, bankkártya adatok, amelyen van elég pénz a ₤180 vízumköltség + ₤20 futárköltségre

- Medical (INZ1007) and chest X-ray certificate (INZ1096) lezárt(!) borítékban

- „Accredited employer certificate” a munkáltatótól

- Erkölcsi bizonyítvány „Police certificate” hiteles fordítással ~ a magyar eredeti is kell!

- A valós munkaszerződés kinyomtatott példánya, konkrét munkaköri leírással, fizetéssel, mindennel

- Érvényes, eredeti útlevél, elegendő érvényességi idővel

- A kinti munkához kapcsolódó szakmai végzettséget igazoló dokumentum

- A kinti munkához kapcsolódó munkatapasztalatot bizonyító dokumentum

- Kísérőlevél mindenféle elérhetőséggel *opcionális

A pakkomat Fedex futár vitte, hétköznap, egy napos határidővel, 16134Ft-ért. Merem őket ajánlani, mert más nem nagyon van, a Posta ExpressMail szolgáltatása közel 8000Ft, négy napos határidővel és senki sem garantálja az eredeti dokumentumok biztonságát.

I was thinking about .......you...., but this is not that moment. So once more.

I was thinking about the meaningless of the English translation of this notice because it is valid only for Hungarians. Procedures, forms, contacts, fees are different depend upon the countries.

Anyway this is another good occasion to improve my English! ;) Weather is rather windy but luckily dry while I am writing this notice. Today was quite rough for me, my account is under transition, suddenly I had to take in and uptake pretty much information.

But now I am back to the story and continue it as promised. The last thing I mentioned in the previous note was an approved job offer of mine.(I missed one stuff from the previous notice, the NZ employer requested reference people who were working with me at the same company , luckily there were ones I could suggest with heart.)

04th January 2013 would have been my first day at work in NZ, following the work contract and 01st January 2013 would have been the day of my flight. But would have been only, this story comes later.

I got a wide month time to close, delegate all ongoing stuff at home and to get a work visa.

When I got the job offer, I informed my manager soon about the will of resignation and suggested to find a solution what was suitable both of us. We managed to find it. It would have been a stupidity to burn my boats moreover 30 day notice period was mandatory.

In parallel with this I requested a brand new Police Certificate (cost 3300HUF) because it came with a fortnight process time.

To get a work visa (there are plenty of visa, back to it later in this notice) a full medical examination has to be provided only by one of the three registered panel doctors in Hungary. Two of them have practice in Budapest and one has in Szeged.

I made an appointment as soon as possible with one of them who works in Budapest (Zoltan Böröcz dr.) because he was quite busy. Registered panel doctors in Hungary you can see here: http://www.immigration.govt.nz/paneldoctors/

On 28th November 2012 at 08:20 a.m. in Budapest at SOTE STD Centre (1085 Budapest, Mária u. 41.) a very kindful Madame, wearing a nice "net" stockings, did a fast cupping to make blood test for AIDS and for versions of hepatitis. The cupping cost 13.500HUF.

After that I had an appointment to 11:00 a.m. to the resident Office of Government Issued Documents (where my address belonged to). There I requested international driving licence (3400HUF), logged out from my hungarian permanent address and during the process I even went to the photo shop to get some photos (2000HUF).

At 2:00 p.m. I already was at the registration office in Veszprem to pick up my international version of the Birth Certificate. To get it I had to pay with 2000HUF bill stamp.

On 1st December 2012 I met Böröcz Dr. personally in Budapest, at Kútvölgyi Hospital, where I had water test, another cupping test, chest X-ray, full health check and I provided the negative diagnosis of my previous AIDS and hepatitis test. Charge was 25.000HUF.

Medical part of my visa request ended with this and got a closed A4 size envelope.

To the personal meeting with the doctor I brought 2 photos, printed Medical „INZ1007” and chest X-ray certificate „INZ1096” forms - that website to find and download them you can see upper-.

Pay attention! Forms are often changed and updated; only the actual version is approved to use!

I must say big thank you to my Father for taking me up to Budapest by car several times as well as collecting results of my medical examinations! He had two extra trips to Budapest as STD centre provided the findings only between 02:00 - 02:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday (I was at work that time) and in another occasion the X-ray device was broken down right after my check and we were not able to get the X-ray photo on that day.

I mentioned there are several types of visa, if the employer - who applies the job - is "accredited employer" (officially employs overseas workers), then you must request the accredited employer certificate from it. My company - who applied the job - owned this certificate so I chose "Work Visa Talent (Accredited Employer)" as visa type. You need “Work Visa Application form” (INZ1015) for this type of visa.

During this time my Police Certificate was delivered, it was translated to English (I got certified translation), luckily my university diploma did not need to translate as it had English version.

My work visa application included these documents:

- Work Visa Application form (INZ1015) „Work to Residence: Accredited Employer” visa type

- Two photos, details of bankcard with cover for ₤180 visa fee + ₤20 courier fee

- Medical (INZ1007) and chest X-ray certificate (INZ1096) in closed(!) envelope

- „Accredited employer certificate” from the employer

- „Police certificate” original and certified copy with English translation

- The real job offer with exact description of the job, payment, etc.

- Valid passport with long expiration

- Evidence about technical skills, knowledge related to the job offer

- Evidence about the work experience related to the job offer

- Cover letter with contact details *optional

My package was delivered by Fedex courier, during weekdays with 1-day delivery for 16.134HUF. I strongly recommend them, they have no real concurrent (DHL?). “ExpressMail” service by the Hungarian Post is cheaper (8000HUF), but with much longer delivery and without any security guarantee!
